Begin your bus tour in the heart of Auckland city as you travel along Queen Street, more commonly known as the ‘Golden Mile’ of Auckland’s Central Business District and shopping area. See historic buildings and rub shoulders with modern skyscrapers before crossing the famous Auckland Harbour Bridge for expansive views of Waitemata Harbour, boat marinas and the Auckland skyline.

Returning over the bridge, see the vibrant Viaduct Harbour and Wynyard Quarter precincts which house an exciting selection of bars and restaurants.

Make your way through one of the city’s oldest parks; within the 75 hectares of land that make up Auckland Domain you’ll find a great expanse of greenery, fountains, the Auckland War Memorial Museum and the tropical Auckland Domain Wintergardens.

Catch a glimpse of the Parnell Village boutique shopping area where historic buildings house an eclectic mix of quirky cafes and trendy boutiques. Returning to Auckland waterfront on Tamaki Drive, take in the beautiful pohutukawa tree-lined road complete with white sand beaches and views out to the stunning Hauraki Gulf Islands.

End your bus tour on a high as you head up above Tamaki Drive to one of the best lookouts in Auckland - Michael Joseph Savage Memorial Park on Bastion Point - the perfect spot for photo opportunities where you’ll be able to enjoy stunning views of the Auckland skyline and across the Waitemata Harbour. It's the perfect way to conclude an incredible half-day Auckland sightseeing tour!

Fantastic!! A must do

Loved the way we were shown the city and driver Tara she was knowledgeable and helpful. We were travelling with an infant but it was absolutely no hassle ride and the driver was very accommodating in regards to breaks. My family and our visiting family from Canada loved the tour

Best driver ever

The tour gave you a perfect overview of the city. The driver/tour guide did the most AMAZING job. Had some wonderful facts, and made the tour 10x more enjoyable. Favorite.

Auckland City Highlights

We had the big bus all to 12 of us, it's like our private tour. However, disappointed about Auckland, not much to see.

Terrific experience

Fantastic tour, great driver and very informative. Visitors should go on this tour the first day in Auckland. You learn a lot and see places that you would not have thought.
