The themed indoor galleries will delight the senses, featuring artworks of all kinds including glass, figurative, recycled materials, animals and modern abstract works. You will be stunned by the final gallery which boasts a grand, glass chandelier by the famous American artist Dale Chihuly.

The Sculptureum Gardens are full of a collectors eclectic choices. Every visitor will find at least one creative piece they want to “have”. From ancient rock formations, used to hi light a sculpture, to incredible coloured glass enhancing animals, the feeling of viewing beautifully crafted art is uplifting.. Walking through the gardens and galleries is a thrilling experience of your senses.

If visiting Matakana a visit to the Sculptureum is a must do. Around every corner there is something to delight and surprise.
3 hours of delight! Every inch of the gardens and gallery are well thought out. I need to return to capture it all.

Must visit
Our group of four adult women thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Awesome sculptures in beautiful garden setting, plus amazing collection of artwork in the indoor gallery. The only let down was the limited food/drink options at the venue.
