It was however not appreciated that there was no communication or updates on the situation unless we reached out and asked what was going on after sitting in a stationary cart for ages. Further to this, the team did not seem to have a plan in place and the experience was completely ruined. Sitting in a cart for over an hour and not knowing what the plans are and nothing visibly being done was really frustrating. We ended up returning late to the start point and miserable after this poor experience.
